REFUND & RETURN POLICY – KOLD
We accept returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
Eligible for refund:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item received
- Item damaged during shipping
How to request a refund:
- Email us at manhlala0800@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and photos of the product
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
